Rajat Singh is an essayist living in New York. He holds an M.A. in anthropology from The New School and a B.A. in Latin from Boston University.
He is currently at work on a collection of essays that explores South Asia as a site of queer melancholy.
He has received fellowships from the Tin House Summer Workshop and from Lambda Literary's Writers Retreat for Emerging LGBTQ Voices, and has been an artist resident at the Spruceton Inn.
